NOVAPAK is a leading US manufacturer of small to medium volumes of medium to large size plastic bottles (8 oz & up) requiring rapid commercialization, customized designs and high package performance.

NOVAPAK leverages industry leading capabilities in speed to market as well as unique packages in specific value added niches through its custom bottle offerings, stock programs and preform business.

NOVAPAK was one of the first to enter the PET bottle market using a two-step PET manufacturing process, and has developed leading, diversified, and efficient PET manufacturing platforms that include:

• Integrated product design
• Project management
• Internal and external bottle preform manufacturing
• Custom and stock bottle production
• Decorating

NOVAPAK also manufactures HDPE, MDPE, PP and PVC containers for technical applications which require high barrier properties for aggressive chemicals, specialty containers and parts for medical products, office machines, chemicals, and food and beverage companies and high performance containers for the rapidly expanding hot fill market.

NOVAPAK's PET business continues to rapidly grow through its expanding capabilities building on its core applications to serve a bigger portion of the market and as well capture new markets and applications.

The expanded capabilities as well as the existing ones are increasingly directed at market leaders who have multiple niche programs well suited to NOVAPAK capabilities around speed and customization of high performance, value added bottles.
These opportunities are increasing in frequency due to:

• An increasing rate of package redesigns driven by shorter product life cycles
• Differing channel requirements (e.g. club stores), and
• Increasingly rapid size changes driven by retailer demands for unique packages and consumer packaged goods companies' efforts to lower total costs

NOVAPAK serves a marquee list of customers that includes Berlin Packaging, Church & Dwight, Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive, Covidien (formerly Tyco Healthcare), Dial, General Mills, Huish, Konica Minolta, Proctor & Gamble, Spectrum Brands, Thermo-Fisher, and TricorBraun to name a few.

NOVAPAK operates five manufacturing plants in Paris, Illinois; Hazleton, Pennsylvania; Walterboro, South Carolina; Manchester, Pennsylvania; and Philmont, New York, with approximately 600,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

The Company uses standardized high-speed, high quality preform injection molding machines and reheat stretch blow molding machines across its production facilities, providing significant operating efficiency and flexibility for its customers. All of NOVAPAK's facilities are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
